The company has evolved to offer a wide range of services including servicing and maintenance, whole house rewiring, renovating, and plumbing services.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role at Bright House Lighting Pte Ltd located in Tampines. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin Assistant to support our daily operations. You will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth workflow within the team.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document management.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and other communications in a professional manner.
• Maintain office inventory and order supplies when necessary.
• Support HR and finance functions, including claims submission and payments.
• Assist in basic bookkeeping and expense tracking.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned to support business operations.
Qualifications
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role (fresh diploma/uni graduates may apply).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.
- Prior experience in the renovation/F&B/retail industry is a plus.
Location: Tampines
Working Hours: 10am-7pm
Salary: $2,200 - $3,200 (Depending on Experience & Interview Outcome)
