About The Role:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to support our senior management team. You will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle communications, and assist with various tasks to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Your role will be essential in optimizing productivity and ensuring seamless execution of tasks for the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and coordinate daily office administrative tasks, including travel booking, document management and meeting scheduling .
  2. Assist in optimizing internal administrative processes to ensure improved work efficiency.
  3. Support for HR-related tasks such as payroll coordination, employee records management and recruitment assistance
  4. Assist in organizing internal company events and employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and celebrations.
  5. Support the finance department with basic expense claim processing and data entry tasks.
  6. Handle other tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

  1. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in administrative or assistant roles, with prior exposure to start-ups or fast-paced work environments being a plus.
  2. Skills: Proficient in G-suite and other office tools; strong organizational and time management skills.
  3. Personal Traits: Detail-oriented, responsible, good communication skill, with a strong sense of teamwork and service-oriented mindset.
  4. Additional Advantage: Familiarity with basic financial or HR processes, and experience in event planning and execution.
