Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design, promote, and implement well-being programs and services to enhance employee health and well-being.
  • Plan, organize, and execute a variety of health, sports, and recreational activities and events to foster staff engagement and wellness.
  • Analyze health screening data to identify employee needs and create targeted well-being initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs to ensure positive health outcomes.

Requirements:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as Health Management, Wellness, Sports, or similar is an advantage.
  • Experience in health promotion, event planning, or wellness management.
