- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design, promote, and implement well-being programs and services to enhance employee health and well-being.
- Plan, organize, and execute a variety of health, sports, and recreational activities and events to foster staff engagement and wellness.
- Analyze health screening data to identify employee needs and create targeted well-being initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs to ensure positive health outcomes.
- Encourage employees to actively manage their health and well-being.
- Support the development and implementation of workplace safety and health policies.
- Assist in the digitalization of well-being programs to improve access and engagement across the organization.
- Manage and maintain company sports and recreational facilities.
- Collaborate on planning and promoting company-wide social and sports events to promote team-building and interaction.

Requirements:
- A degree in a relevant field such as Health Management, Wellness, Sports, or similar is an advantage.
- Experience in health promotion, event planning, or wellness management.
