As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Singapore team and play a key role in expanding our network of SAP professionals and clients across the region.

What You’ll Do

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for connecting top SAP talent with opportunities. Your role will include:

  • End-to-End Recruitment – Identifying, engaging, and placing SAP professionals for both contract and permanent roles.
  • Talent Sourcing & Headhunting – Using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and direct outreach to build a strong SAP talent pool.
  • Candidate & Client Engagement – Managing relationships with SAP consultants and hiring managers, understanding their needs, and making successful matches.
  • Contractor Management – Supporting deployed SAP consultants, handling contract renewals, and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Market Research & Business Development – Staying updated on SAP hiring trends, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the growth of our SAP talent network.

What We’re Looking For

  • Recruitment experience – 1-3 years in SAP, IT, or tech recruitment preferred. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in recruitment are also welcome.
  • Understanding of SAP / IT industry – Knowledge of SAP modules is a plus but not required.
  • Sales-driven mindset – You enjoy building relationships, working towards targets, and closing placements.
  • Strong communication skills – Ability to engage and manage relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Resilient & proactive – Recruitment is fast-paced, and we need someone who is self-motivated, adaptable, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
