  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • The role involves assembling 3D models of buildings in different BIM formats (e.g., RVT, IFC, GIS) through a suite of CAD/BIM authoring software to support the organization of planning data.
  • You will be required to understand and interpret planning and development records by synthesizing various data sources including approved plans in various formats (e.g., CAD, PDF, Bentley), as well as performing quality checks to ensure the accuracy of assembled data.
  • You will also be required to extract information from building floor plans, and update them into relevant data repositories, both in tabular form as well as a spatial data model using GIS software (ArcGIS).
  • Any other duties assigned by supervisor such as working closely with the team to explore and design data pipelines, data architecture and automated solutioning in lieu of the above.

Requirements:

  • Singaporean
  • Diploma holder
  • Experience in reading building submissions in CAD/BIM format, proficiency in Autodesk CAD
