Headquartered in US, it serves customers worldwide with innovative technologies.As a Supply Chain Analyst (IBP), you will optimize and manage supply chain processes using SAP IBP. It supports global users with capacity plannaing issues, drives resolutions, and facilitates changes across multiple time zones.
  • Work location: Central
  • Work hours: Mon-Fri, 9am - 6pm, 2 days work from home.
  • Salary: up to $6,000 + AWS + VB
The Job:
  • SAP IBP Expertise - Optimize and manage supply chain processes, ensuring smooth operations and troubleshooting RCCP issues.
  • Data Management & Automation - Execute IBP master data checks, manage S&OP cycle requirements, and drive automation initiatives with IT.
  • Process Improvement - Analyze RCCP business processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement enhancements to boost productivity.
  • Issue Resolution & Testing - Troubleshoot IBP and SAP transactional/technical issues, conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Training & Documentation - Enhance RCCP training materials, refine operational procedures, and create business process documentation.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with Supply Network Planners, IT, and Business Analysts to optimize planning and execution.
  • Continuous Optimization - Leverage system reports and SAP tools to monitor performance, review exceptions, and improve supply chain efficiency.
The Talent:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
  • Basic experience with SAP (MRP, IBP, APO, SCM, BI tools) and an understanding of transactional supply chain processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel), data analysis, and quantitative problem-solving in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to lead cross-functional teams, and effectively communicate insights.
  • High technical aptitude, excellent research skills, and the ability to navigate complex data structures to optimize business operations.
