- Some prior experience in developing emails, and familiarity with HTML and CSS
- Strong analytical skills and prior experience reporting out to stakeholders, familarity with Tableau and SQL ideal
- Detail-oriented, a self-starter, able to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Strong verbal and written communication, and able to collaborate effectively
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with multiple stakeholders simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
- Basic literacy in Japanese and/or Korean
