Job Scope

  • Assemble, align, and set up automated and robotic machines used in industrial automation, with a focus on PCBA and semi-conductor applications.
  • Ensure precision and accuracy in the assembly process to meet quality standards.
  • Read and interpret assembly instructions, AutoCAD 2D, and SolidWorks 3D drawings to guide the assembly process.
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other equipment for the assembly, adjustment, and calibration of mechanical components.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to assembly and alignment.

Requirement

  • NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics or other related disciplines
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experiences and roles
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and knowledge of manufacturing software tools (SAP) will be advantage
