The APAC Marketing team is looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Strategist to support APAC-wide projects and collaborate closely with in-country teams, APAC and global stakeholders. This role offers the unique opportunity to work on high-impact digital initiatives that can be scaled across regions.ROLE & RESPONSBILITES:
- Partner with APAC field marketing teams and global counterparts to lead digital marketing strategy development on Marketing initiatives that deliver measurable ROI
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for digital in APAC, harnessing Red Hat's digital capabilities to ensure seamless integration and consistency.
- Drive digital innovation by identifying, developing, and scaling projects that deliver impact across multiple markets (E.g. AI translations, Organic growth and optimization)
- Champion a data-driven approach to digital strategy, ensuring continuous performance optimization and growth
- Remain current on the latest digital best practices and proactively suggest new initiatives or capabilities to experiment
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of initiatives, collaborating effectively with various stakeholders - internal and external
- Analyze performance metrics to generate actionable insights, optimizing campaigns and influencing strategic decisions.
- Take ownership of key digital nurture initiatives within APAC, aligning regional efforts with global strategies and best practices to maximize effectiveness
- 7+ years of Digital Marketing experience
- Proven experience in strategizing and managing digital initiatives with good understanding of customer journeys and data flows
- Experience in Digital Nurture Projects/Initiatives
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., Eloqua, Marketo), web analytics (e.g. Adobe) and Data dashboards (E.g. Tableau, Datorama)
- Experience working within or managing digital marketing agencies
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes
- Excellent time management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Good knowledge and experience working with digital marketing tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, Demandbase, 6Sense is a bonus
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM is a bonus
- Experience working with content management systems such as Drupal, AEM is a plus
- B2B marketing experience, particularly within the tech industry, is a bonus
