  • Oversee the development and execution of merchandising strategies to enhance product performance across all sales channels.
  • Partner with key regional stakeholders to implement product assortment plans that align with market trends and consumer demand.
  • Lead pre-season planning, including sales forecasting, option planning, and Open-To-Buy (OTB) management, ensuring optimal stock levels.
  • Drive in-season performance reviews, monitoring financial KPIs such as sales, sell-through rates, and margins to identify growth opportunities.
Process Optimization & Execution
  • Ensure effective deployment of merchandise planning tools, systems, and best practices to enhance efficiency across all markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize stock management, markdown processes, and promotional strategies to support revenue and inventory goals.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine merchandising workflows to improve operational effectiveness.
Cross-Functional & Market Collaboration
  • Act as the key liaison between regional merchandising teams and other business functions to ensure alignment on strategic objectives.
  • Work closely with demand planning, business solutions, and operations teams to enhance inventory management and distribution strategies.
  • Support market teams in identifying new business opportunities and maximizing sales potential across retail and franchise channels.
Leadership & Talent Development
  • Drive a culture of collaboration and excellence, fostering a strong team-oriented environment across the region.
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to strengthen merchandising capabilities within the team.
  • Lead talent management initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top merchandising professionals.
qualifications and experience:
  • 7 years of experience in the fashion/retail industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across different regions and cultures.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with strong presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of Retail Management processes & systems.
  • Strong analytical skills.
