- Provide administrative support to sales department.
- Handle incoming phone calls and respond to the enquiries timely.
- Preparing sales related documentation including quotation, sales order, invoices and etc.
- Monitor shipment status to ensure the delivery is on time.
- Follow through the progress of quotation and sales order with customers regularly.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- With experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles preferred
- Computer literacy and proficient in MS Office such as Words, Excel etc
