- Work closely with Lead PM / Director and carry out the task / duties assigned.
- To oversee all the Civil and Structural works for the project site, coordinate with respective stakeholders to meet project timeline.
- To coordinate and control the delivery of projects from inception to completion, establishing and maintaining an effective organisation structure for reporting, communication and working procedures.
- To establish detailed overall project programmes that set clear milestones and objectives to ensure successful project delivery.
- To establish project budget in accordance with client requirements and manage and forecast expenditure to achieve completion within budget.

- To represent the client throughout the duration of the project, coordinate the work of all consultants & contractors appointed, liaison with the building landlord and all authorities’ agencies for matters related to the project.
- To manage procurement activities on the project, including ensuring the appropriate tender processes are implemented and contracts are in place with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers.
- To carry out contract administration duties of all vendors in accordance with legal requirements to protect commercial interests of client and JLL.
- To manage the construction phase of the project and ensure JLL is providing appropriate supervision commensurate with our role.
- To report on the progress of the project on a regular basis, through reports covering all aspects of the project covering safety, environment, program, resources, budgets, risk and profitability.
- To mentor and guide junior staff on the team working on projects, take responsibility for resources engaged in the projects and liaise with senior management to ensure projects are appropriately resourced.
- To support the company and department in the pursuit of new business opportunities and broad-based business development and contribute to the achievement of the company and department’s business financial targets.
