Key Responsibilities:Counter Registration
  • Perform patient registration and verify relevant documents.
  • Conduct the triage process, e.g. including screening and measuring and recording patient's height/weight/ blood pressure and etc.
  • Provide clear instructions to patients regarding consultation/ intervention processes.
  • Perform accurate billing and timely collection of payments.
  • Manage wait time and keep patient updated in a timely manner.

Key Requirements:
  • Minimum ā€œNā€ Level.
  • Healthcare or service-related industry preferred.
  • Proficient in IT computer skills.
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
