- Bring uniformity, create the Score cards, KPIs, metrics for various aspects of wealth tech international.
- Operationalize & provide oversight over the interaction model and escalation models including clarity of accountabilities of the business outsourcing proposals, ICSA’s, CBDC, Risk management, due diligences of suppliers.
- Represent as a delegate to the Head of International Wealth Technology in her role as Country Management Coordinator.
- Work with Regulatory Governance teams, Risk & compliance teams to design & implement standardized & consistent ways of responding to regulators.
- Drive operational efficiency in workforce management, right location strategy, RIF.
- 15+ years of experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of multiple areas within technology
- Proven interpersonal, management and prioritization skills
- Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure managing multiple activities and changing priorities
- Proven ability to develop working relationships and approach work methodically with attention to detail
- Proven self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master's degree preferred
