- Assist in implementing process improvements for procurement and budgeting workflows by documenting current processes and proposing enhancements.
- Prepare and distribute regular reports on divisional IT expenses, procurement activities, and project progress.
- Degree in Accountancy or an equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a procurement role, with some experience in a compliance and governance role
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with knowledge of financial reporting and accounting
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous, detail-oriented and hands-on
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work under tight timelines
- Knowledge of ERP would be a plus
