  • Monitor the submarine cable network and systems 24/7.
  • Detect and respond to anomalies, outages, and performance issues.
  • Analyze alarms and implement preventative measures.
Incident Management:
  • Identify and assess network and landing station incidents.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve or escalate issues.
  • Collaborate with teams and document incident details.
Performance Optimization:
  • Analyze performance data and recommend improvements.
  • Implement strategies to enhance network capacity and reliability.
Change Management:
  • Review and approve planned network changes.

Technical Support:
  • Provide technical support to customers.
  • Manage co-location services and troubleshoot connections.
Documentation:

JOB REQUIREMENTSQualifications and Skills:3-5 years of experience with a telecommunication service provider or a major transmission equipment vendor.Prior experience in Submarine Cable Landing Station, NOC environment and/or optical transmission is highly desirable.Graduate or Diploma in Telecommunications/Electrical Engineering.
