- Prepare and process shipping documents (e.g., bills of lading, invoices, customs declarations).

- Liaise with customers, carriers, and overseas partners to ensure smooth operations.

- Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve issues.

- Provide customer service by responding to inquiries and updating clients on shipment status.

- Maintain accurate records and update systems with shipment details.

Requirements:

  • GCE O Level / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
  • 0 - 1 year of experience in freight forwarding or logistics (fresh graduates welcome).
  • Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners).
  • Computer-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team player.
