We specialize in air, ocean, and land freight services, customs clearance, and end-to-end logistics management. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a **Shipping Officer**.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating and managing ocean freight shipments.
- Prepare and process shipping documents (e.g., bills of lading, invoices, customs declarations).
- Liaise with customers, carriers, and overseas partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve issues.
- Provide customer service by responding to inquiries and updating clients on shipment status.
- Maintain accurate records and update systems with shipment details.
Requirements:
- GCE O Level / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
- 0 - 1 year of experience in freight forwarding or logistics (fresh graduates welcome).
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners).
- Computer-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team player.
