Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales support tasks, including contracts, relocations, and service requests.
  • Scan invoices and relevant documents.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve sales support issues.
  • Answer incoming calls and resolve queries.

  • Ensure timely delivery of new materials and promotional items.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales or customer service (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
