  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Diagnosing and resolving technical problems with diagnostic tools and manuals.
  • Providing clear instructions and explanations to customers
  • Escalating unresolved or complex issues to higher-level support staff or specialists.
  • Documenting customer feedback and complaints
  • Updating and maintaining technical knowledge and skills and following quality standards and procedures.
  • Achieving set target for the numbers of repairs to be completed each month.
  • Responsible for ensuring quality of repairs are according to specifications.
  • Formulate Service improvement with Technical Supervisor.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience, preferably in the same or similar industry.
  • Strong team player
  • Detailed-oriented
  • Fast learner
  • Know Microsoft Words/Excel/PowerPoint, IT knowledge (Hardware/Software) is a plus
  • Able to do basic skill in repairing equipment (Disassembling), soldering works, able to achieve sales target.
