- Good team player and able to work in a collaborative and agile environment
- Able to work independently and collaborate with teams and stakeholders across various jurisdictions
- Excellent written and spoken English and preferably an Asian language
- Good communication and cross-cultural skills
- Prior experience in insurance matters & multiple jurisdictions an advantage
- Prior experience in and good understanding of regulatory and licensing topics in cross-border scenarios
- Possess excellent drafting, negotiation and influencing skills
