Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Review, analyse and interpret business data to track operational and financial performance
  • Prepare and deliver performance updates and reports for the leadership team and higher management at SMRT Corporation level
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, gather insights and analyse findings to support data-driven decision making.


Contract Management

  • Oversee and manage contracts with regulatory authorities, such as LTA, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Liaise with internal teams and regulatory authorities to address contract-related queries and negotiate new contractual terms
  • Monitor contract and budget deliverables


Competitive Benchmarking and Data Management

  • Identify and collect relevant market, competitor, customers data from publicly available sources to enhance understanding of the competitive landscape
  • Work closely with data analytics team to interpret large datasets and extract actionable insights
  • Translate complex data into clear, executable reports and presentations
  • Provides market and competitive insights through presentations and reports to the leadership team to allow effective strategic decision-making and implementation


Qualifications & Work Experience

  • At least 1 year of experience in strategy, business planning, or a related role. A degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, or a similar field is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on prioritisation and ownership.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and data interpretation skills
  • Experience in transport industry is preferred but not required
