The intern will be handling the following brands under the cosmetics and ladies grooming categories: Heroine Make, Dollywink, 1028 and Lucido-L.

What to expect
As our Brand Marketing intern, you will get to work on brands under the cosmetics and haircare category. The brands you will be assisting in are: Heroine Make, Dollywink, 1028 and Lucido-L.
Under the guidance of experienced marketers, you will get to understand the internal workings of the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, and be introduced to the world of digital and trade marketing. Aside from being involved in the conceptualization and execution of marketing campaigns, you will also play a key role in ensuring that the day-to-day operations within the marketing teams runs smoothly.

You will be assisting the Cosmetics and Haircare teams in the following areas:
Campaigns & PR
· Assist with below the line activities such as beauty workshops, events, in-store activations
· Curate Key Opinion Leader (KOL) list for PR seedings and manage logistical arrangements
· Liaise with KOLs and create KOL briefs for paid engagements/sponsored posts
Social Media Management
· Lead the ideation and plan for social media content
· Manage and create content monthly for brands’ social media accounts
· Work with agencies/freelance photographers to create high quality content
· Monitor social media platforms for trending news and ideas
· Assist in developing and designing digital marketing materials
Product Launch Preparation
· Submit new products for registration with Health Sciences Authority (HSA)
· Manage process for creation of new product labels
· Prepare listing documents and assets for Ecommerce
Trade Marketing
· Conceptualize and create the brief for visually impactful designs for in-store displays
· Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to roll out in-store displays
· Provide support for trade marketing needs to enhance store visibility
Others
· Conduct competitor analysis and market research to understand consumer trends and the retail landscape
· Prepare monthly competitor and trend reports
· Support the team in daily operational tasks
· Assist in any other ad hoc tasks assigned
Who we are looking for
· Undergraduates majoring in Marketing
· Able to work on a full-time basis from June to December 2025
· Possess a strong passion in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), cosmetics and ladies grooming industries
· Familiarity with social media management (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok) is a plus
· Knowledge and experience in graphics creation software, such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator etc is a plus
· Possess strong analytical skills, good interpersonal, communication and writing skills
· Has an eye for details and aesthetics
· Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive tasks
· A motivated team-player who is creative, meticulous, resourceful and able to work independently
