- Facility management is key to this role.
- Project Planning: Develop clear scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Team Management: Lead teams effectively, assign tasks, provide guidance, and monitor.

Requirements:
- ITE qualification or higher with a specialization in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Min 0.5 years of knowledge and experience in facility management.
- Prior experience in handling projects or tenders is advantageous
- Possess knowledge and experience in safety protocols and compliance.
- AFMs or Senior Facility Executives are encouraged to apply.
