Purpose of role:

The Assistant Brand Manager SEAK will support the overall strategic marketing vision of the Blackmores. This will include the efficient delivery and execution of key marketing initiatives, including Innovation development.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support in the development and execution of the Blackmores SEAK Vision and Strategy.
  • Support in the development and execution of SEAK Innovation & Communication plans that drive scale and excite consumers.
  • Support SEAK Regional Brand team in key growth initiatives
  • Project Management of SEAK innovation and communication programs
  • High learning agility with ability to bring new learnings and skills to the team to enable new thinking and lateral approaches to unlocking the market opportunities/
  • Develop strong analytical skills to interpret and uncover market trends, competitor activity, and agility to learn and adapt to new and changing business environments.

Who are you?

  • Relevant Degree in Marketing or other equivalent qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in brand /product management, preferably in health, pharmacy or FMCG
  • Good understanding on the regional market and their consumers
  • High influencing skills and ability to build rapport, credibility and partner with stakeholders to deliver projects.
  • Demonstrates good insights generations and analytical skills to develop robust marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and work within strict deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build working relationships across multiple cultures
