What you will be working on:
  • Strategic management of creative and design operations to ensure consistent applications and efficient workflows
  • Maintain brand guidelines and design templates, including updating the documentations and communicating with internal stakeholders
  • Lead creative and design-related projects, including logo audits and development of new guidelines
  • Create design assets to support on-going marketing efforts across different mediums, including digital ads, pull-up banners, brochures and physical installations
  • Review and schedule submitted content for NLB Mobile app highlights
  • Provide creative and design guidance to team members and other internal stakeholders
  • Manage and support marketing operations projects, from planning, asset creation, media buy and campaign execution
What we are looking for:
  • At least 1 to 2 years of related working experience in design and marketing
  • Ability to apply macro-level thinking to projects and work operations
  • Keen eye for aesthetics and creativity
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Familiarity with Canva
  • An effective team player with good interpersonal & communication skills
Work location will be at the Marine Parade Public Library. As the library is currently closed for renovation, the current work location is at the National Library Building.Successful applicant will be appointed on an initial two-year contract.About National Library Board:To each reader, the library is a window to a vibrant imagination and exciting possibilities.
