  • Prepare customized proposals and quotations tailored to the client's requirements. Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales progress using internal tools.
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans. Management and use of social media channels/marketing tools for recruitment.
  • Work with the implementation team to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer demands to refine sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in ERP or software solutions.
  • Experience in the Ship Chandling industry is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to conduct product demonstrations and explain technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
