ERP Solutions Consultant
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven ERP Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, networking, and business development, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales. Candidates with experience in the Ship Chandling industry will be highly preferred. This role requires a proactive professional who can identify and engage potential clients, conduct software demonstrations, prepare proposals, and follow up on sales opportunities to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers through networking, cold calling, industry events, and referrals. Develop strong relationships with decision-makers.
- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations, showcasing how our ERP system can improve business operations.
- Prepare customized proposals and quotations tailored to the client's requirements. Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales progress using internal tools.
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans. Management and use of social media channels/marketing tools for recruitment.
- Work with the implementation team to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer demands to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in ERP or software solutions.
- Experience in the Ship Chandling industry is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations and explain technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
