about the job
- Provide reception support by managing visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer and manage phone calls, route them to the correct extension and take messages.
- Schedule and confirm meetings, appointments and conference room reservations.
- Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail and packages, and handle outgoing mail.
- Maintain a tidy, organized and well-stocked reception area.
- Manage employee movements, including onboarding new hires & clearing resignees.
- Oversee the card access system, including issuing access issue cards & car barrier tags.
- Provide administrative support, including logistics & meal arrangements for company events, vouchers preparation, stationery ordering, invoice verification, pantry item management, and distribution of company newsletter & newspaper.
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor / Manager.

You will be reporting to the Facilities Manager
skills and experience required
- Good to have at least 1 years of experience in business administration/ customer service/receptionist functions
- Must have good knowledge on Microsoft office/ Excel functions
- You should be well-presented, able to communicate professionally with the guests & stakeholders at all levels.
