Responsibilities:

  • Industry Engagement. Collaborate with leading companies, training institutions, and government agencies to create impactful job and training opportunities for Singaporeans. Identify, assess, and address industry’s manpower challenges through strategic manpower planning and impactful partnerships/relationships
  • Strategic Program Management. Design and implement manpower projects to support industry' workforce transformation efforts. Guide and work with industry partners to ensure compliance with policies and processes. Track and evaluate program’ progress to make recommendations for management’s decision making.
  • Market Intelligence and Analysis. Conduct data analysis and evaluation of industry and hiring trends to define the jobs and skills landscape in Singapore. Adopt a data driven approach to design and shape human capital strategies for the ICT sector.

Requirements:

  • Background in business or tech related disciplines.
  • 2-5 years’ working experience in industry engagement, manpower development, and program management
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment under minimal supervision.
  • Experience in civil/public service would be an advantage.
