Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and outgoing Senior Supervisor to lead our Guest Relations team and provide exceptional service to our guests. This role requires an individual with outstanding guest service skills and a deep understanding of dining services, to enhance the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Taking the lead and motivating the Guest Relations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Understand guest preferences to deliver personalized experiences and provide high-level service.
Coordinate reservations, and special requests, and ensure VIPs and regular guests receive exceptional attention.
Maintain positive customer contact, addressing needs and preferences promptly.
Communicate guest feedback to Guest Relations Managers and work with the team to drive improvements.
Oversee the upkeep of the restaurant’s facilities, ensuring high standards for VIP and guest experiences.
Ensure that VIP bookings are prioritized and flagged to the operations team for special arrangements.
Provide guidance to the team and support senior management with guest-related duties.
Actively contributes to the smooth and efficient running of daily operations.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the managers and senior management.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in F&B venues (restaurants, cafes, etc.).
Proficiency in CRM systems like SevenRooms.
Strong communication skills for interacting with guests and stakeholders.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Self-starter with a positive, flexible attitude.
Working Hours:
5-day workweek with shifts during restaurant dining hours, flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
