This is a full-time hybrid role for Quantity Surveyors/Estimators located in Singapore, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Quantity Surveyors/Estimators will be responsible for cost control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing project requirements, preparing cost estimates, managing project budgets, and generating detailed financial reports to support project objectives.
- Skills in cost control, management, and planning
- Experience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost reporting
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Proficiency in relevant software applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant professional qualifications or certifications are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
