Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for Quantity Surveyors/Estimators located in Singapore, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Quantity Surveyors/Estimators will be responsible for cost control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing project requirements, preparing cost estimates, managing project budgets, and generating detailed financial reports to support project objectives.

Qualifications
  • Skills in cost control, management, and planning
  • Experience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost reporting
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant professional qualifications or certifications are a plus
