Job Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Conduct in-depth pricing, costing, margin, transfer pricing, and sensitivity analyses to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Consolidating results of in-country finance teams for monthly reporting, budgets and forecasts for management and global headquarters while ensuring data integrity is maintained throughout the proc
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and regional leaders to shape and execute financial strategies that support business growth.
• Spearhead the enhancement of internal control frameworks, ensuring robust compliance through balance sheet reviews, internal audits, and proactive working capital management.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives, leveraging financial models and dashboards to streamline operations and improve decision-making accuracy.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Data Factory, providing insights and guidance to enhance data-driven financial processes.
• Lead the financial evaluation of potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions, ensuring thorough due diligence and strategic alignment.
• Champion the execution of strategic priorities and manage ad-hoc projects, driving high-impact outcomes across the organization.

Job Requirement

• 4 years of experience with solid accounting and planning background
• Experience with SAP, Jedox and / or other performance management software
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable communicating across levels and functions
• Ability to learn quickly, grasp key business drivers, and communicate in a commercially focused manner
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and possess good organization skills
• Strong team spirit, able to leverage diversity and work well with people across cultures
• Possesses a drive to succeed and is result-oriented
