  • Project Planning & Execution - Oversee the end-to-end management of building construction projects, ensuring defined project scope, objectives, and resource requirements are met.
  • Timeline & Milestone Management - Develop and implement effective project schedules to meet deadlines, proactively addressing potential delays.
  • Stakeholder Coordination - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including consultants, project teams, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Risk Management & Problem Resolution - Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address project challenges, delays, and unforeseen issues.
  • Cost & Financial Oversight - Monitor project expenditures, optimize costs, and ensure financial viability through effective budget management.
  • Reporting & Compliance - Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders while ensuring adherence to industry standards and contractual obligations.
The Talent
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field from an established university.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience managing building construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive collaboration, and ensure project success.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities in project execution and risk management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear updates and align stakeholders.
  • PMP certification (or equivalent) is mandatory, along with proficiency in project management tools and software.
