- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities in project execution and risk management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear updates and align stakeholders.
- PMP certification (or equivalent) is mandatory, along with proficiency in project management tools and software.
