Conduct research on industry trends, target audience insights, and market dynamics to help shape content initiatives and campaigns.Content Creation and Management:Create high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content, including articles, social media posts, and videos. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as subject matter experts, to ensure content is aligned with the organization's goals. Maintain consistency in style, tone, and voice across all content.Content Distribution and Promotion:Assist in the development and implementation of content distribution strategies to maximize reach and engagement. Manage social media channels, email campaigns, and other distribution platforms to increase content visibility.Campaign Strategy:Support and contribute to the development of digital marketing strategies that align with the goals and target audience of NUS School of Computing. Assist in planning and organizing campaign initiatives.Campaign Execution:Assist in managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including websites, social media, and email marketing. Monitor performance and report on results to help optimize campaign effectiveness.Audience Targeting:Support segmentation and targeting strategies to ensure content and campaigns reach the right audiences and achieve the desired impact.Collaboration: Work with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure content is integrated into broader marketing initiatives and communication efforts within NUS School of Computing.Stay Updated: Continuously stay informed on industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to help improve campaign strategies and content quality.Collaboration: Provide guidance and support to colleagues, ensuring smooth execution of content and campaigns. Contribute to an environment of collaboration and improvement.Ad hoc projects as assigned.Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications Studies or equivalent, with experience in Communications, Visual Production and Marketing.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in various social media tools and platforms, experience in managing online marketing/ community engagement campaigns.
  • Experience in animation/motion graphics, UI/UX web design, and/or events management would be advantageous.
