Customer Service cum QA Engineer
In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to engage in field service, site installation, and perform Quality check on all completed machines.
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide site machine installation and maintenance.
• Attend to service call.
• To conduct in-house and on-site training for customer.
• Investigate and handle customer's complaints.
• Quality check on all completed machines to ensure stringent quality compliance before delivery to customer.
Requirements:
• Diploma in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of field service or QA experience in Industrial Automation projects
• Ability to build strong relationships, work with customers to solve problems
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Meticulous, Quality conscious and Problem solving/troubleshooting skills.
