Lead and drive all phases of the program, from engaging stakeholders, identifying, and evaluating the right partners, facilitating the process of co-creation and the resulting pilot.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the program strategy.
  • Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders, including technology developers, business units, and external partners.
  • Manage resources associate with the program.
  • Conduct regular program reviews and adjust strategies as necessary to align with business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all program related communications.
  • Ensure compliance with organization’s regulations.
  • Collaborate with crossing functional teams to plan and execute outreach events to increase awareness of the program.
  • Contribute to the design, content, and execution of thought leadership initiatives and industry engagement activities/events.
  • Prepare program documents and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or post graduate degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) disciplines.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar or related roles.
  • Strong understanding in of the innovation ecosystem, including key trends and dynamics.
  • Strong analytical skills, results-oriented, cross-functional, and inter-cultural networking capabilities and have a strong enthusiasm for technologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Highly motivated self-starter and able to collaborate effectively across teams to meet KPIs.
  • Attention to details with good organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
