Foster a thriving innovation ecosystem, facilitating collaborations, and driving the success of our initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Design, research, develop, analyses and recommend new concepts as well as strategies for performance improvement, quality, and operational effectiveness.
- Prepare, monitor, and support Innovation Management KPIs and Measurements
- Design and drive innovation initiatives, contribute knowledge and expertise on latest trends and technology and recommend relevant initiatives to improve processes, quality, operational effectiveness, and performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to build and nurture relationships with startups, venture capitalists, academic institutions, and industry experts.
- Manage and grow our network of partners and stakeholders to support the innovation ecosystem.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the centre and external entities, ensuring effective communication and alignment of objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritise innovation projects.
- Prepare concept and reports and presentations, communicating to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Other ad-hoc work and projects assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Degree or post graduate degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ecosystem management, community engagement, or a related field within a technology-focused environment.
- Strong analytical skills, results-oriented, cross-functional, and inter-cultural networking capabilities and have a strong enthusiasm for technologies.
- Passionate and curious in technology, emerging trends, and innovation.
- Excellent communication, writing, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated self-starter and able to collaborate effectively across teams to meet KPIs.
- Attention to details with good organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
