Job Responsibilities

  • Manage existing accounts and develop new sales accounts in ASEAN region.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers to increase satisfaction to generate new/repeated purchase.
  • Liaise with customer on sales inquiry, price negotiation, quality issues and etc.
  • Conduct market survey in order to proceed sales forecast timely and prepare relevantsales report.
  • Forward planning in buidling up sales force to achieve company target in boosting design in sales team.
  • Provide excellent customer service/support at all times.
  • Business Travel is required.

Requirements

  • Candidate with B2B sales experience. Preferred in semiconductor industry.
  • Possess at least Diploma in Electronics / Electorical Engineering or related field.
  • Energetic, with a strong spirit to excel, good communication & negotiation skills and presentation skills.
  • Able to work independently with discilpline and prioritize time management.
  • Pro-active, positive and quick thinking personality.
  • Able to adapt new environment and readily to take up challenges.
  • Highly motivated individual, proactive andable to work under pressure.
  • Related sales experience in EMS, distribution for semiconductor or understand Japanese culture is advantage.
  • A valid class 3 license is required.
