- Assist in reviewing the inspection and supervisory engagement in line with legislative regime for CSPs. • Update inspection SOPs to improve inspection outcomes. This includes learning to use data analytics to identify red flags of the CSPs before conducting on-site inspections. • Support the review of AML/CFT controls/ Compliance Review Program to identify potential weaknesses and contribute to recommendations and assessment of remediation plans by CSPs. • Assist in reviewing and assessing the application and registration process for CSPs and Registered Qualified Individuals. • Support industry outreach efforts and strategic partnerships with external parties (e.g. Professional Bodies) in the CSP sector to strengthen ongoing AML/CFT training efforts and awareness on ACRA's supervisory expectations. • Learn and contribute to new AML/CFT initiatives and supervisory standards.
- Professional qualification in any discipline. • Interest in regulatory, supervision, investigation, risk management, and/or audit roles covering AML/CFT. • Good verbal and written communication skills. • Team player who is proactive and eager to learn, with the ability to adapt to changes. • Ability to work on projects and meet deadlines. • Good interpersonal skills and willingness to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
