What the role is:You play a critical role in the successful system implementation of the next generation financial data collection mechanism. You will be working closely with both internal stakeholders and external consultants to ensure a smooth and successful implementation. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of financial reporting modernisation.What you will be working on:
  • Research and make recommendations on how to elevate the collection of financial data into the next phase, including detailed planning of the execution of the recommendations. • Drive and execute the recommendations by working with internal and external stakeholders, including organisation of engagement sessions, drafting of communication plans. • Undertake budgeting and procurement processes required from the recommendations. • Operationalise and maintain any related system(s). • Ensure overall proper documentation in relation to the system(s) processes and configuration.
What we are looking for:
  • Professional Qualifications in IT discipline • Minimum 3 years of experience in system implementation, preferably on government- related projects. • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Additional Desired Skills: • Working knowledge of financial accounting principles. • Project management experience. • Experience working with government procurement processes. • System and design thinking • Good project management • Resourceful and takes initiative
