- Manage and develop the Marketing Performance function to measure and enhance effectiveness of all marketing activities, along the funnel
- Define and support the setup of omni-channel programs and activations designed to convert, retain, and grow existing and new strategic customer groups
- Govern the CRM and other related systems, including their roll-out, user training and maintenance to enable a data-driven management of the marketing and sales funnel
- Review industry best practices and use customer insights and analytics to identify organisation-wide improvement opportunities and present these to management

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, management studies or relevant other degree
- Minimum 3+ years relevant working experience, preferably in the luxury and/or automotive industry
- Well established project management and data analytical skills, and aptitude for technology and systems
- Highly motivated team player with strong sense of ownership and ambition to make a difference
- Fluency in written and spoken English as minimum; additional, regional language skills advantageous
- Willingness to work in a multicultural environment and to travel within the Asia Pacific region
