- To lead the electrical team, plan, review and carry out preventive / condition monitoring programs, in line with the OEM recommendations / best industry practices, recommend actions and implement as required to increase reliability of the equipment.

- Providing training for others in area of technical expertise.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of maintenance programs, including major overhauls, and providing information and advice in respect of Contractors’ work performance.
- Planning and Initiating necessary action for procurement of essential spares and maintain stock levels of critical consumables and spares.
- Upkeeping of records and documentation in the associated systems and improve as required.
- Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent, preferably recognized by the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore
- At least 15 to 20 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, with at least 5 years of supervisory experience, leading a team of engineers within a Power plant or related Industries.
- Must possess very good knowledge of maintenance of various equipment’s/systems in electrical systems like transformers, Generators, UPS, DC Systems, 230kV Sub station, 6.6kV, 400v Systems, Motors, actuators and fire fighting systems.
- Knowledge in softwares used for programming SFC, Excitation system, PLC’s, relays etc will be added advantage.
- Self-motivated and independent, and has strong analytical skills in troubleshooting critical problems in all electrical systems and also must have good communication skills.
- Possesses good working knowledge of power plants of capacities of 400MW and above or related industries and statutory requirements.
- Multi-skilled in terms of being able to practice across engineering disciplines

- 5-day work week. Must be on standby after-office hours to attend to Plant issues where
