  • You will lead a team to plan and perform preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment's, including but not limited to, chiller, air handling unit (AHU/CRAHU),fan coil unit (FCU), ventilation fan, split air conditioner (AC), pumps, leak detection systems, roller shutters, power distribution boards, UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply)batteries, and generators.
  • Develop site specific documents including Maintenance checklist, EOP, SOP and RA.
  • Service report preparation and submission for preventive and breakdown maintenance works.
  • Ensure safe keeping of hand tools and maintain good housekeeping.
  • Ensure all works are carried out safely and/or in accordance with established standards, procedures & local legislation.
  • Any other tasks, when required by the immediate manager.
