  • Develop and execute sales strategies, identify market opportunities, and set team targets to drive revenue growth.
  • Train, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Build strong client relationships, oversee customer acquisition and retention, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends, track competitor activity, and provide data-driven sales reports to refine strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, represent sales in leadership meetings, and drive business expansion through strategic pricing and client acquisition.
The Talent:
  • Degree/Diploma in engineering or relevant tehnical discipline
  • 5 - 7 years of sales experience in data center ecosystem - liquid cooling
  • Experience with hyperscale data center
