MAIN PURPOSEThe Sales Operations Intern supports the daily sales operations of the business with the Sales Operations & Merchandizing department.
  • Assist the commercial network (both internal and external) with the necessary resources and tools to increase selling performance.
  • Supporting the boutiques in their daily organization taking into consideration the brand image and strategy together with their reality and constraints.
Key responsibility 1 - Business Operations - 60%
  • Stock Management, supporting on moving stocks in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Deposit tracking

  • Sales invoicing and coordination, supporting monthly commercial operations.
Key responsibility 2 - Retail Excellence - 20%
  • Support projects related to retail operations.
Key responsibility 3 - Retail Performance: reporting, analysis and action plan follow up, assisting the department - 20%
  • Assist in the completion and standardization of the reporting activity upon the defined schedule
  • E.g. Boutique Daily/Monthly reports
  • Update collection/pricelist
