Sino-SG Education Consultancy (SSEC) is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administration Assistant to support our daily operations. This role is open to fresh graduates, including ITE and O-Level holders, who are eager to learn and contribute to an educational environment. The ideal candidate will assist with filling out forms for school and government-related applications, scheduling and organizing class timetables, and managing administrative paperwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fill out and submit forms for school applications, government permits, and other administrative needs.
  • Organize and maintain class schedules, ensuring accuracy in timetables and records.
  • Handle administrative paperwork, including student records and internal documentation.
  • Communicate with schools, parents, and government agencies regarding application requirements.
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, document filing, and office coordination.
  • Assist in handling inquiries from students, parents, and partner institutions.
  • Perform other miscellaneous administrative duties as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • No prior experience required – training will be provided.
  • Fresh Poly or ITE graduates welcomed
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) is required to communicate with students, parents, and institutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general computer usage.
  • Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Responsible and able to work independently or as part of a team.
