The Role

The Human Resources Executive is a generalist role with full HR spectrum, minus payroll processing. He/she will assist and support the HR Manager to ensure efficient HR operations; implement HR programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment functions for global hirings, including freelancers and interns.
  • Plan, develop, implement, and administer learning & development program for employees.
  • Maintain & update employee’s’ information in Info-Tech HRMS.
  • Handle all MOM work pass related matters.
  • Handle employee relations and attend to staff queries.
  • Assist in grievance handling and disciplinary issues.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent with at least 4 years of HR related experience.
  • Good knowledge of Employment Act and prevailing HR practices.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese (to liaise with colleagues in China).
  • Good interpersonal skills and works well in a team.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Resourceful, self-driven, and possessed a high degree of professional integrity.
  • Eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of Info-Tech HRMS is a big plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice will be an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
