We are looking to hire a Business Partner Manager who will play an integral role in servicing our strategic landlord partners to maximize commercial values of the partnerships and in expanding our media networks so as to contribute towards long-term business goals of the organization.This role reports directly to the Business Development Director.The ideal candidate will be passionate about Outdoor Advertising with proven experience in servicing strategic landlord partners or a similar role.   • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Projects & Operations) to deliver on contractual obligations to Landlords.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with Landlords through demonstrating a clear understanding of commercial needs and reliable servicing.
  • Prepare and present monthly reports and quarterly business updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to monitor and understand market insights and trends in order to deliver sound value proposition to Landlords.
Managing Existing Business
  • Facilitate day-to-day activities, including regular site visits to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and assets' upkeep in fulfilling contract obligations.
  • Train, supervise and coach junior team members to achieve response times objectives and high quality communication and work outputs.
  • Coordinate with Project team to ensure new media assets are built and delivered on time.
  • Oversee workflows and administrative processes to improve efficiency.
  • Be well-versed with OOH regulatory guidelines to ensure our offers are compliant with government regulations whilst meeting market demands.
Support New Business Growth
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to identify opportunities for new business and grow current contracts.
  • Support the Business Development Director in RFP and Tenders responses.
  • Manage & coordinate with Landlords and internal teams for building new and upgrading of existing media assets.
  • Develop new business proposals including new product or service offerings in line with market demand.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
  • Min 4 to 6 years of proven experience in strategic business partners management or similar function.
  • Able to build trust and positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Sharp business acumen and highly numerate.
  • Project management and resource co-ordination capabilities.
  • Excellent written / verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Skills / Knowledge
  • Knowledge of Outdoor Advertising.
  • Able to grasp technical concepts and communicate them effectively.
  • Well-versed in MS Office skills including Excel, Powerpoint and Power BI
