What the role is:The officer will be responsible for managing and implementing CSC's communication strategies to enhance its brand, reputation, and engagement with stakeholders. Content Curation, Creation & Management: • Curation and Creation of high-quality platform-specific content, including articles, press releases, reports, social media posts, and digital assets. • Ensure all communications reflect CSC's tone, values, and priorities. • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to create and distribute engaging, high-quality, and visually appealing content. • Ensure all content is aligned with government guidelines and policies. 3. Social Media & Online Presence: • Develop and manage content to enhance CSC's social media presence and profile for greater visibility and engagement. • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices. • Experiment with innovative content formats and engagement strategies to stay ahead of the curve. • Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and address concerns professionally. • Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimise results. 4. Outreach & Marketing Initiatives and Campaigns: • Plan and implement outreach and marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and promote CSC's products, services, and organisational initiatives. • Monitor and analyse market trends to refine communication strategies. • Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, email campaigns, and analytics reporting. 5. Thought Leadership & Employer Branding: • Position CSC as a thought leader by showcasing expert opinions, in-house research, and innovative practices. • Collaborate with internal teams to showcase and highlight CSC's culture and values, employee achievements, events, and learning opportunities for employer branding purposes. 6. Analytics & Reporting: • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication and outreach strategies using performance metrics and KPIs (e.g., reach, engagement, growth, conversions). • Provide insights and recommendations to optimise the effectiveness of key communications and outreach initiatives • Use data to identify emerging trends and refine communication strategies.What we are looking for:Experience: • 3-6 years of experience in communications, marketing, or a related role. • Proven ability to manage multi-channel communication strategies. • Experience in content creation for social media and channel management to increase engagement will be an advantage. Skills: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong project management and organisational abilities. • Demonstrated ability to cultivate and utilise professional networks to achieve objectives • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, WOGGA, etc.). • Creativity with a knack for storyboarding and storytelling, with an eye for detail in content development and design collaboration. • Proficiency in data analytics will be an advantage. • Video editing and Graphic Design skillsAbout Civil Service College:The Civil Service College (CSC) is a statutory board under the Public Service Division, Prime Minister's Office.
