- Manage new Data Center project execution for green and/or brown field projects regionally.
- Support the individual country project lead and overview of all phases of the data center project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closing.
- Development of project master program, project charter and set up project processes

- Knowledgeable in various M&E critical systems (e.g. UPS, Generator, Chiller, Cooling Tower) requirement including testing and commissioning (i.e. FAT, SAT, IST)
- Knowledge in civil and architecture detail including the sequence of work to support the development of schedule for efficient delivery.
- Ensure Environment, Safety and Occupational Health are implemented by project contractors.
- Ability in reading design and construction drawings for all fields (Architectural, Structural, M&E, etc.)
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate communication, provide updates, and address concerns.
- Foster a culture of quality assurance and improvement for the project and within the project team.
- Ensure projects conform to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.
- Willing to travel regionally on an as-needed basis (20% - 25% travel).
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in project management or construction management with proven track records in green and/or brown field data center projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or Architecture.
- Possess good leadership with great problem-solving skills.
- Possess good communication skills in English with attention to detail.
- Possess strong negotiation skills and interpersonal skills.
- Possess positive attitude.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
