Responsibilities:
- Manage orders from distributors, ensuring timely and accurate entry into the Oracle NetSuite system. (Including issue sales booking, delivery order, preparing commercial invoice and packing list)
- Respond promptly to distributors' inquiries via email, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Respond promptly to headquarters in Japan for all orders.
- Work closely with the service team, store team and finance team to ensure alignment in sales goals, campaigns, and billing.
- Perform general administrative duties such as preparing documents (for Certificate of Origin application), and maintaining organized records.
- Assist the sales team by preparing quotes, and other documentation required for sales activities.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager and management
Requirements:
- Min Nitec or GCE ‘O’ Level
- Min 1 year experience as a Sales Coordinator or administrative role, preferably in sales, logistic, or related fields.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge in using Oracle NetSuite is an added advantage
- Resourceful and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Able to start work immediately or at a short notice is an added advantage.
